Pretty straight forward, right? Wrong!
I had one of their clients email me. This person (whose name I cannot disclose) who lives in the U.S., had their item shipping from Hong Kong. Hong Kong! Doesn't it state clearly above that they have offices in the U.K. and the U.S.? Then why would it be shipping from Hong Kong?
This person also proceeded to tell me, that their corset took 2 weeks to get to them, even though above it clearly states it'll be delivered in 2-3 days. When this person asked for a refund, they agreed. And they said the only reason they were giving a partial refund was because of their "good will".
Can you believe that?
No, that's NOT why you had to give the refund, it's because, as a seller, when you promise that something will be there in a certain amount of time, and it doesn't YOU need to take the responsibility!
These Corset Diet folks don't look very organized...
I also had another person (again, whose name I can't disclose) who told me they left a negative review on their website, and The Corset Diet removed it so that they would look as if they had more positive reviews!
As many others who've written reviews and blogs about The Corset Diet have said, "It's not a diet, it's just scary."
So, before you try The Corset Diet, think about whether or not you want to be a victim of their terrible customer service. Trust me, you're better off not using it.
Diet and exercise is the best way to go.
